Next of Kin or emergency contact (for example, name and contact details)
Medical information as required by Participation Questionnaire form.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Booking confirmation
Class update information (time/venue)
To comply with group insurance policies
In case of emergency, next of kin will be notified
Providing relevant and personalised marketing messaging

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on third party cloud storage (for example Mailchimp, Jotform) on local servers.
We keep Participation Questionnaire records for up to 5 years. We will then dispose your information by manually erasing records across our third party solutions.
Data stored on CRM platforms (for example Mail chimp) will be retained as legitimate interest for suppression.
